New Tech Refrigerated Logistics operates a company-owned Sydney depot at 5 Basalt Rd, Pemulwuy NSW 2145, serving Greater Sydney, Newcastle, the Central Coast, Wollongong and regional New South Wales. From our NSW base we run daily express linehaul to Melbourne and Brisbane, connect to our national network in Adelaide, Perth, Cairns, Darwin and Hobart, and handle local pickup and delivery through our own metro fleet — never handed off to subcontractors.

Chilled and frozen FMCG freight, delivered locally
Our Sydney fleet moves chilled and frozen FMCG freight — dairy, meat, seafood, fresh produce, beverage, confectionery and liquor — at 0–4°C for chilled and down to -25°C for frozen. Full loads and pallet-rate freight are consolidated through our cross-dock facility. Every trailer runs monitored refrigeration, remote temperature sensors, GPS tracking and in-vehicle video surveillance, with live data available to customers through our self-serve booking portal.
For food producers, wholesalers and FMCG distributors serving Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Metcash and independent retailers, we deliver to distribution centres, supermarket back-of-house, wholesale markets and food service outlets across the Sydney metro area, the Blue Mountains, the Illawarra and the Hunter.
Sydney to Melbourne, Brisbane and beyond
Daily express linehaul departs Sydney for Melbourne and Brisbane, with A-Double and B-Triple configurations carrying up to 92 pallet spaces per run. PBS certification legally carries up to 35% more freight per vehicle than standard, and our Road Train Initiative offers customers CO2 savings of up to 830 metric tonnes annually. Weekly services run to Adelaide and Perth, with regular runs into regional NSW, Northern Victoria and Southeast Queensland.
We hold PrimeSafe accreditation, CODEX HACCP certification, ATCC Master Code certification and NSW Food Authority approval — eight independent certifications in total across compliance, food safety and sustainability. In 2026 we received the Australian Refrigeration Council's Environmental Stewardship Excellence Award.
