When Damian Moore and Alex Parkinson started New Tech Refrigerated Logistics in 2021 they were disillusioned with the cold chain linehaul industry. Prices to customers were high, service and reliability were low, and aged-out fleets and outsourcing were on the rise. So they decided to do things differently.
