OUR STORY
We run on respect
AUSTRALIA’S FAMILY-OWNED, TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED
NATIONAL LINEHAUL SPECIALIST.
A reliable cold chain network with company-owned depots countrywide.
OUR HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
When Damian Moore and Alex Parkinson started New Tech Refrigerated Logistics in 2021 they were disillusioned with the cold chain linehaul industry. Prices to customers were high, service and reliability were low, and aged-out fleets and outsourcing to subbies were on the rise. So they decided to do things differently.
Planning began in Damian’s dining room on the NSW Central Coast. While Alex created the custom code that would inform New Tech’s innovative compliance-first system, Damian was a one-man operations whirlwind. Together, they built a stable business that continues to thrive.
The secret? It all runs on respect. Respect for our industry, our assets, our customers, our environment, our people and ourselves. New Tech was built with a service-first attitude, company-owned assets, real infrastructure, rigorous compliance systems and no shortcuts.
